The semi-elliptical West Indian satinwood tops are cross banded in boxwood, ebony and tulipwood with a wide band of inlaid flowers. The tables have been recently re-baized in a deep racing green colour with blind tooling. The shallow satinwood frieze is decorated with purple heart bandings and oval inset panels with boxwood penwork inlaid leaf motifs. The tables stand on fine tapered legs which are inlaid with penwork floral marquetry decoration and rest on satinwood toes.
