Early 19th century six drawer mahogany writing table.

The writing surface has recently been relined with a gilt tooled black leather and a crossbanded mahogany border sits above a well figured mahogany frieze. The writing table is fitted with three oak lined drawers to each side and retains brass lion head handles. The mahogany drawers' fronts sit above a double reeded moulding. The beautiful six drawer writing table stands on four finely turned and shaped tapered legs that terminate on brass caps and castors.
