Regency period 19th century black lacquered and chinoiserie octagonal games box.

The octagonal shaped box is finely decorated throughout and is high quality.

The top depicts an oriental scene with two figures in a garden setting. The hinged lid lifts up to reveal divided sections for gaming.

The original game and bone-shaped pieces are still retained.
