The veneer to the table top has a wonderful untouched finish, great colour and patination. The mulberry veneer is also very lively and displays a warm figuration. The satin birch pedestal is turned beautifully and is by nature a dense, more solid wood than a mulberry wood.

The carved mulberry collar to the pedestal sits on a mulberry veneered triform platform base standing on solid carved scrolled feet.
