George III 18th century Hepplewhite mahogany bow-fronted side cabinet.
The well figured mahogany top retains good lustre and patination and is crossbanded with ebony and boxwood stringing. The full length oak lined drawer is fitted with the original gilt brass ring pull handles and the drawer front is crossbanded in mahogany with ebony and boxwood stringing and flanked with oval inlaid satinwood and harewood patera. The flamed mahogany bow-fronted cupboard doors are flanked by stock fluted capitals and stand on tapered block feet. The cupboard is fitted with a single shelf and the cabinet sides are veneered with figured mahogany.
The cabinet is in excellent condition and retains a beautiful colour, lustre and patina.
