England
circa 1805 - 1815
The rectangular brass inlaid top fitted with the original triple plinth fleur-de-lys gallery sits above two mahogany lined drawers. The brass decoration to the cabinet is of London quality and has been expertly cut and inlaid. The cabinet is fitted with a single shelf and the silk pleated doors carry the original brass semi-elliptical grills and stand on turned bun feet.
It is in excellent condition.
It is unusual to have concealed drawers. This is a great touch by the cabinet maker.
