An impressive late 19th century Victorian period satinwood and giltwood polychrome console table in the style of George Seddon, Son and Shackleton.
The top is inlaid with thuya, mahogany, boxwood and ebony inlays and painted with floral swags inlaid with a West Indian satinwood sunburst. The shaped top with a serpentine, concave edge above a crisply carved and giltwood frieze, that conceals a centralised drawer and is raised on six tapered fluted legs that stand on upturned carved feet.
