Superb George III period 18th century Cuban mahogany tripod table.
The circular table retains a great colour, patina and lustre.
The table top sits on the original oak saddle and the bearers and brass catch are undisturbed to the underside. The top has always belonged to the base.
The tilt-top table sits on a solid ring turned and carved gun-barrel pedestal above three crisply carved legs. The finely carved knees are raised on solid Cuban mahogany 'ball and claw' feet.
The table is in excellent original condition and a good example of Georgian furniture.
