The top of the mirror has a pair of intricately leaf-carved giltwood swan-neck pediments each terminating in a flower rosette with trailing leaves. The centre crest with a scrolling leaf pediment and 'C' scrolled decoration is surmounted on a walnut veneered frieze which is decorated with trailing acanthus leaves flanked by a pair of elongated carved flowers above the original rectangular bevelled mirror plate.
The mirror plate is bordered by a carved giltwood outline with a walnut body, again bordered by a carved giltwood moulding flanked each side by a further giltwood flower and ribbon moulding. The lower section is neatly shaped and elegant.
